2026 Who's Who in South Florida Real Estate

Jonathan Greenspahn, Luxury Agent

Unlocking Naples Team, The Agency Real Estate

Recently invited to host Unlocking Naples, a TV show through the REAL Shows Network, Jonathan Greenspahn is proud to have just finished his third episode. “It’s definitely an amazing marketing piece,” he shares. “But what’s even better is giving other people a spotlight for their business and shining a light on the market.”

A luxury agent with The Agency and partner of The Unlocking Naples Team, Greenspahn represents clients throughout Naples including Pelican Bay, Pine Ridge, Park Shore, Moorings, Olde Naples, Aqualane Shores and Port Royal. In the industry for 20 years, he remembers visiting his parents in Naples while personally witnessing the market evolve. After relocating to the area in 2019, he sold real estate, participated as a partner in a portfolio of homes being renovated and flipped and also developed a successful spec home in the Moorings. “I spent more years buying and selling for myself than I did helping other people in real estate,” he explains. “My guiding force in the business is not the income; it’s treating people how I want to be treated.”

Known for his patience and ability to negotiate, Greenspahn credits his success to the strategies he has learned in real estate investment banking. “My clients appreciate my market knowledge as I always have their best interests in mind,” he explains. “I know when people are moving to Naples, they are buying the lifestyle as much as they are purchasing a property and the only way to understand that is to form a personal relationship with them.”

Greenspahn is an avid supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association, which unfortunately took his father’s life. Hoping to find time to complete another Ironman some day, he loves trying new foods and enjoys the restaurant scene in Naples.
