Kirkwood focuses on the South Florida market of Miami-Dade County, including Coral Gables, Pinecrest, South Miami and Brickell. With 10 years of industry experience, he works with luxury sellers, waterfront property owners and homeowners seeking strategic guidance to maximize the value of their properties in competitive markets. “From the beginning of my career, I recognized that real estate is both a business and a service industry,” he recounts. “Preparation, communication and trust play a major role in achieving successful outcomes.”

Kirkwood is passionate about initiatives that support youth development and enjoys creating opportunities within local communities. Outside of real estate, Kirkwood’s hobbies include fitness, reading and family time on his boat.
