Rooted in Miami across generations, Kefryn Block Reese approaches real estate with a perspective shaped as much by lived experience as by professional training. A third-generation industry professional, Reese grew up around the language of development and property, then built her own path before entering the industry full time. Before real estate, she spent a decade at the University of Miami and worked as a Spanish translator, experiences that sharpened her research and communication skills.
Reese was named a 2026 Rising Star at her brokerage, SERHANT. She specializes in properties in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami and the Miami neighborhoods of The Roads, Shenandoah and Silver Bluff. Equally comfortable with local and international clients, she combines Miami roots with a global perspective shaped by living in Spain, Venezuela and Argentina.
Known for positioning homes thoughtfully and guiding clients through complex decisions, she says her listings often move faster than the local average. “In the past year, the houses I listed went to contract over 60 days sooner than the county average and sold 3% higher on the list-to-sale price ratio,” she says. “That means they are selling faster than similar homes, and at a higher price.”
She leads a small team, ensuring each client works directly with her while benefiting from strong operational support. Her business often comes from referrals and long-standing relationships. Clients describe her as responsive, knowledgeable and easy to trust. “Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and people make the best choices when they feel informed and supported rather than rushed,” she says.
Reese is involved in her community through local schools and cultural programs. A longtime dancer with a passion for flamenco, she maintains strong ties to the cultural influences that continue to shape both her personal life and her work.
