
Relocating to the U.S. over 15 years ago, Daniel Tzinker has successfully built a relationship-driven business centered on trust, knowledge and service. Before earning a degree in hospitality and marketing, he attended the Navy Officer Academy and served in the Israeli Navy, where he developed discipline, organization and a strong work ethic. “Real estate became a natural transition from working in hospitality,” he shares.
A broker associate and partner with The Agency, Tzinker leads an in-house team while specializing in luxury condominiums and large single-family estates in Sunny Isles Beach and the surrounding areas. “I’ve spent years working with developers, touring properties, analyzing market trends and advising international buyers,” he explains. “That helped develop my understanding of the local inventory, pricing and unique character of each building.”
Recently recognized by RealTrends as the No. 1 agent in Sunny Isles Beach, Tzinker was ranked No. 9 in Miami RealTrends and a top 1% Realtor in The Wall Street Journal. Featured in “Buying Beverly Hills” on Netflix, he has won the Chairman’s Award for five consecutive years, sold more than 30 penthouses and brought in over $1 billion in volume. A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, he proudly serves on the host committee for United Hatzalah. “Working with both local and international buyers to successfully position and sell some of the area’s most exceptional residences continues to be incredibly rewarding,” he reports.
Outside of real estate, Tzinker enjoys spending time with his family and friends while staying active and prioritizing wellness. “Whether it’s padel or practicing breath work, maintaining discipline and energy helps me stay focused,” he says. “I am then able to bring the best version of myself to my clients.”
