
Born in Venezuela, Ale Alfonzo was raised between Caracas and Miami but spent her formative years in New York City. “I am deeply connected to the international clientele Miami attracts since I’m fluent in both English and Spanish,” she shares. “I bring a global perspective to every transaction.”
The co-founder and president of The Nicolas Group with SERHANT. Real Estate, Alfonzo has over 15 years of experience in the luxury real estate market, representing clients in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Brickell and Key Biscayne.
Alfonzo’s family has led one of the largest food manufacturing companies in Venezuela for four generations, so her first career was in marketing management for the family business. “When I acquired a real estate company in Miami, it was a natural evolution for me,” she explains. “My background in marketing and branding gives me a different perspective. I don’t just list properties; I position them.”
A member of the Master Brokers Forum, Alfonzo holds multiple pricing records in Key Biscayne. She achieved the highest price per square foot for a dry land residence in 2023 and for a luxury apartment in 2024. Last year, The Nicolas Group broke its own record three times in High Pines.
“That level of consistency comes from preparation, deep market knowledge and being very intentional in how we position properties and advise our clients,” Alfonzo says. “That includes everything from land acquisition to the sale of newly developed homes in the high-end market.”
Proud that her son will be attending Northeastern University, Alfonzo spends her free time trying new restaurants and discovering different places. She enjoys the Miami lifestyle, fashion, coffee, live music and the ocean.
