With more than 20 years of experience in interior design, Daniel Fisker approaches real estate with a perspective shaped by how properties are built and how they hold value over time. He evaluates finishes, construction quality and details that often get overlooked. At the same time, his foundation in logistics keeps his process structured and precise.
After relocating to Miami in 2018, Fisker took time to understand the market firsthand, exploring neighborhoods and tracking how pricing moved across submarkets. That foundation continues to inform how he guides buyers today.
Now director of domestic sales and partnerships in the development division at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Fisker works with luxury buyers, investors and new developments. His role includes collaborating with developers and contributing to the positioning of new projects.
Fisker runs a largely referral-driven business built on responsiveness and consistency. He emphasizes preparation and clarity, encouraging clients to understand both the process and the decisions in front of them. “I’m not transactional,” he explains. “I focus on aligning each decision with the client’s broader goals, whether that is lifestyle, investment or long-term portfolio growth.”
Away from the office, Fisker enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. The family embraces South Florida living, and he and his boys share a genuine enthusiasm for cars — the kind that make weekends longer and more interesting than planned.
