Toll Brothers is set to launch Toll Brothers at Sawgrass Lakes, a luxury home enclave in the Babcock Ranch master-planned community just north of Fort Myers. 

The single-family homes will sit on “spacious” homesites, offer lakefront views and be priced from the upper $600,000s. Sales are expected to begin in late 2026. 

Homes will be available with one- and two-story, open-concept floor plans. Buyers will have access to Babcock Ranch’s amenities, including walking and biking trails, dog parks, resort-style pools, pickleball and tennis courts, fire pits and playgrounds. Sawgrass Lakes is zoned to Babcock Schools.
