Nobu comes to Miami with 619 Brickell

by John Yellig

Miami is getting its first Nobu Residences-branded development.

619 Brickell, as it will be known, will rise 75 stories on Biscayne Bay and offer 296 condominiums priced from $3 million to an astounding $60 million.

Developed by 13th Floor Investments in partnership with Key International, which is also leading sales, the building’s design will feature five “twisting cassettes” oriented to maximize water views from each residence. All homes will have floor-to-ceiling windows, wraparound terraces and range from one- to four-bedrooms. Sky villas and penthouses will also be available.

Nobu Residences is based on the exclusive Nobu fine-dining restaurant brand, which started in the 1990s and later expanded into Nobu Hotels with the opening of a location in Las Vegas in 2013.

Foster + Partners designed the building, which will offer numerous wellness-centered amenities, including the Nobu Wellness & Longevity Spa with cryotherapy chambers, hyperbaric oxygen suites, an IV and peptide therapy lounge, physical therapy suites and ozone therapy. There will also be a full-scale Nobu restaurant for residents only, private dining room, resident-only Nobu café and bar, four distinct pools — an 86-foot sunset pool, hot and cold plunge pools, a rejuvenation salt pool and a lap pool with an outdoor spa garden, as well as padel courts, game rooms and sports simulators.
