Dezer Development has vertical construction well underway at Bentley Residences Miami, the first Bentley-branded residential building in the world. The 62-story building is rising by a floor every five or six days.

Located on the beach at 18401 Collins Ave. in Sunny Isles Beach, will stand 62 stories tall and offer 216 luxury condominiums with in-home sky garages serviced by the Dezervator car elevator. The development is slated for completion in 2028. Prices start at $5.8 million.

“As the tower rises, we look forward to delivering a truly one-of-a-kind residential experience that reflects the innovation and craftsmanship synonymous with the Bentley brand while further elevating Sunny Isles Beach as a premier global destination for luxury living,” Dezer Development President Gil Dezer said.

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors, the tower’s residences have open-concept floorplans, floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces with summer kitchens and private balcony pools, as well as glassed-in, three- or four-car garages that allow residents to enter their homes without leaving their vehicles. The three-bedroom homes also come with Miele appliances, Italian-designed cabinetry, soaking tubs and saunas.

Community amenities include the resident only restaurant Proper English by Beard Award-winning chef Todd English and 20,000 square feet of resort-style amenities, including a five-star pet spa, whiskey bar, cigar lounge, movie theater, spa, oceanfront beauty salon, fitness center, beach club and pool deck.
