NoMad Hotels just completed its first branded residential community, NoMad Residences Wynwood, which will bring 329 branded condominiums to market in Miami’s Wynwood district.
Developed by Related Group, Tricap and Sydell Group, NoMad Wynwood is located at 2700 NW 2nd Ave. on Wynwood’s main corridor. The building stands nine stories, and over 90% of its residences are already under contract.
The NoMad Hotels brand originated in the North of Madison Square Park (NoMad) neighborhood in Manhattan, New York, where the first hotel opened in 2012.

Residences come in floorplans ranging from 464 to 931 square feet and include studios through two-bedroom layouts. All units are delivered fully furnished and offer floor-to-ceiling glass doors, private balconies, Bosch kitchen appliances, Italian-designed cabinetry and stone countertops. Residences are offered with flexible ownership and no rental restrictions and are supported by in-house management handling guest services and operations.
Amenities include two lobbies, a rooftop lounge, resort-style pool with cabanas, an indoor-outdoor fitness lounge with cold plunge, as well as summer kitchens, a speakeasy and a parlor lounge. The NoMad Library and Lounge on the ninth floor serves as a secondary resident hub with shared workspaces, a card room and private dining areas.
Other planned amenities include Casa Tua Cucina with an open-kitchen concept, food and retail stations and a rooftop restaurant and bar.
