Related Ross recently broke ground on its Shorecrest waterfront condominium development in West Palm Beach.
The luxury tower will rise 28 stories along Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach’s “Billionaire’s Corridor,” and offer 98 residences priced from $3.5 million. Related Ross recently secured $157 million in construction financing from GoldenTree Asset Management. Completion is slated for 2027.
“Breaking ground on Shorecrest signals a new era of design-forward luxury along West Palm Beach’s coveted waterfront, advancing the project toward completion,” Related Ross Executive Vice President Bryan Cho said. “With its boutique scale, ocean and Intracoastal views and extravagant amenity program, Shorecrest delivers the level of exclusivity today’s buyers increasingly prioritize, reflected in strong sales to date and an accelerated construction schedule that will welcome residents home next year.”
The tower, designed by Roger Ferris + Partners, will have just four, two- or threee-bedroom residences per floor with interiors by Rottet Studio. Residents will have access to 18,355 square feet of amenities, including a rooftop pool deck with a 75-foot lap pool, hot tub, cold plunge and his-and-hers spa facilities with separate sauna and steam rooms. Indoor amenities include a golf simulator, executive meeting spaces, a game lounge and private dining room.
Adam McPherson, senior vice president of residential sales with Related Ross and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, is leading sales for the property.
