Related Southeast has launched sales at its 140-unit Shorecrest condominium project in West Palm Beach.

Related Florida LLC and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group are exclusively handling sales and marketing. Pricing ranges from $1.3 million for a one-bedroom unit to $9 million for a four-bedroom unit. A sales gallery is expected to open this month at 460 S. Rosemary Ave. in West Palm Beach.

Located on North Flagler Drive, Shorecrest is designed by architecture firm Roger Ferris + Partners with residential interiors and amenities by Rottet Studio and landscaping by DSBoca.

Unit kitchens will have white oak European millwork, Gaggenau appliances and Cote D’Vaniglia and Calacatta Fioritto marble. Primary bathrooms will have limestone flooring, Namibia White marble walls, freestanding soaking tubs and shower stalls. Ceiling heights range from 9.5 feet in regular units to 11.5 feet on the penthouse floor. All units have Lutron home automation for lighting and thermostat control and ducted fresh air with multiple filtration points, filtered water and multi-zone climate control.

Amenities include a 60-foot rooftop pool with a 50-foot sun shelf and a dining and grill area. The Club Level on the sixth floor offers a private dining room, cocktail lounge, cafe, screening room, game room and virtual reality lounge. Other options include a spa suite, fitness center, coworking lounge and executive meeting space.

“Shorecrest resides on a spectacular site in West Palm Beach,” said Roger Ferris, founding principal of Roger Ferris + Partners. “The building features a curvilinear façade with a dramatic mosaic design on the exterior. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows emphasize panoramic views and large outdoor terraces bring the outdoors into each residence.”

Rottet Studio founder Lauren Rottet also described the inspiration behind the design.

“Shorecrest balances the classic refinement of Palm Beach, along with the relaxed attitude of contemporary South Florida,” she said. “The serene interiors are intentionally light-filled and grand, drawing the sunlight indoors. The careful attention to detail and sculpted proportion in every room creates a strong residential attitude and sense of intimacy. The interior finishes are fresh and timelessly inspiring, drawing inspiration from the sandy beaches and expansive water views nearby.”
