The Gold Coast Master Brokers Forum held its first event of 2025 at the sales gallery for Ombelle Fort Lauderdale, a new luxury condominium tower under development in Flagler Village.
The theme of the networking group’s gathering was “BOOM, BALANCE AND BEYOND: A South Florida Market Forecast.”
The first speaker was Kenny Drysdale, sales director for Ombelle, followed by South Florida real estate analyst Ana Bozovic, who presented on the state of the regional residential market. Matthew Schnur, research and innovation manager at the Fort Lauderdale Downtown Development Authority, discussed Fort Lauderdale’s transformation from spring break destination to a booming real estate market.
“As the post-pandemic dust has settled, and we begin to make sense of new realities, it is clear that South Florida’s economic future is extremely bright, with Broward County and Fort Lauderdale uniquely situated in the center of the action,” said Carolyn Ellert, chair of the Master Brokers Forum. “The emergence of exciting projects like Ombelle is a big part of this new landscape, and we thank Kenny and the team for making us feel so welcome.”
