Alba Palm Beach in the Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach recently celebrated its grand opening. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and heard remarks from Kenneth Baboun, managing partner of BGI Companies and Alba’s principal developer; Katie Weisz, sales director of Alba Palm Beach; and Daniel de la Vega, resident and CEO of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
Alba is the only new luxury waterfront residential development in West Palm Beach and the first new residential project along North Flagler Drive in Northwood, which is increasingly referred to as West Palm Beach’s “Billionaire’s Corridor,” according to backers.
The 55-unit, 22-story tower was developed by BGI Companies with financing from Blue Road. Moss was Alba’s contractor, while Spina O’Rourke + Partners handled interior design. Residences begin at $2.5 million.
