PMG Residential and LNDMRK Development recently hosted a groundbreaking event for their Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences development. 

The backers of the eight-story boutique residential building invited brokers to the sales gallery at 1018 N Miami Ave. for a private dinner featuring remarks from PMG Director of Sales Raquel Kaufman and a photo opportunity with a mini sandpit, shovels and hard hats. The dinner was followed several days later with a ceremonial shovel dig at the construction site at 2600 NW 2nd Ave. 

Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences will have 233 fully furnished condominiums, some of which will have dedicated office suites. Backers say the project is a “first-of-its-kind offering” that will give owners the ability to host their home and office 365 days a year on Airbnb. 

The community will have over 32,000 square feet of wellness-focused amenities, including a glass meditation house, thermal circuit and resort-style rooftop pool and lounge.
