PMG celebrated the grand opening of the sales gallery for its One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences with an evening reception Sept. 17, where guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, specialty cocktails, branded gifts and a live set by DJ Crespo.
After remarks from the development and sales teams, guests explored the gallery, which is located at 450 Biscayne Blvd., and caught a preview of the lifestyle they envisioned for the luxury development.
One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences marks the expansion of PMG’s innovative office-condo concept, with each of its 459 residences coming with a deeded office suite.
