U.S. Development recently held a ribbon-cutting and grand-opening event for Salato Pompano Beach, its 40-unit condominium development in the city.
Attendees were allowed to see the mid-rise’s amenities, including an 80-foot ocean view pool and spa, wet deck and loungers, poolside grilling stations and covered bar and loggia. They also toured the project’s model home, which was furnished by Interiors by Steven G. Live entertainment included a DJ, saxophonist, acrobatic dancers and magician/mentalist.
Guests included U.S. Development CEO John Farina and COO Dustin Salzano, architect Randall Stofft, Steven G., executives from general contractor KAST Construction, sales representative Tinka Ellington Group at Compass, marketing representative IMI Worldwide Properties and Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency Director Nguyen Tran.
