by John Yellig

Tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and former NBA all-star player David Lee have listed their Fisher Island penthouse for $42.5 million.

Douglas Elliman’s Dina Goldentayer is the listing agent.

The penthouse is in the ultra-luxury Palazzo Del Sol condo tower on Fisher Island, which is only accessible by ferry or boat. Property Shark recently identified the exclusive enclave’s 33109 ZIP code as the third-most expensive in the U.S. and the most-expensive in Florida.

The residence encompasses 7,000-square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, as well as 5,000-square feet of terraces.

The interior offers a grand salon with double-height ceilings, custom marble media walls and herringbone white-oak floors. A chef’s kitchen includes Gaggenau appliances and an art deco island and hood.

Other features include a media room, wine wall, Bang & Olufsen sound system, smart-home technology controlling retractable glass doors and a terrace firepit and hot tub. The rooftop has a private pool, summer kitchen and views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.
