Rainer specializes in luxury waterfront estates, penthouses, private off-market properties, new development, golf-front and oceanfront estates and equestrian properties.

Smith will split his time between Rate’s offices in Chicago and South Florida.   

She brings over $1 billion in career sales and thirty years in the industry to her new role.

The company has almost 120 agents across its two offices.

In this role, Reyes will oversee the brokerage’s technology team, manage technology infrastructure and product launches and drive national software development.

The advocacy group also named Richard Woods as its 2026 first vice president and 2027 president. 

Brook brings tri-coastal experience to her new brokerage and is licensed in Florida, New York and California.

The independent team led by Patricia Anglero has decades of experience and over $2 billion in sales, Compass said in an announcement.

In the role, Leong will oversee aspects of the firm’s $6 billion in active inventory.
