The Shelton Bernace Group, led by Principal Tere Shelton Bernace, has joined the Compass‘ South Miami office.  

The 36-agent team has been frequently recognized among the top 1.5% of Realtors nationwide and was ranked in the RealTrends Top 10 in Coral Gables, based on 2024 production.  

Shelton Bernace is a third-generation Realtor. Before entering real estate over 20 years ago, she spent 14 years in international banking as a director for Barclays Bank, where she managed institutional portfolios in South America and Panama.
