ONE Sotheby’s International Realty recently welcomed agents Chad Gates, Zachary Leider and Daryl Fathauer to their Sewall’s Point office in Stuart.

Gates, a Palm City native and former professional golfer, secured more than $150 million in career sales.

Leider, with over 10 years as an agent and $100 million in sales, earned a reputation for making transactions seamless and informed with his client-first approach, responsiveness and market knowledge, according to a release.

Fathauer has achieved more than $30 million in sales, combining both his knowledge as a South Florida native and experience with the PGA Tour and LPGA Tour.
