REMAX Advance Realty launched its Pre-Construction Luxury Division, a specialized arm of the brokerage dedicated to the sales and marketing of the popular boutique developments and branded residential projects popping up throughout South Florida. 

The unit will be led by RAR Chief Executive Officer Melanie De Armas. Team members will include agents Antonio Aguirre, Lana Caron, Fernando De Carolis, Julieta Rivero and Fabiola Rojas. 

“This division was created to bring institutional-level strategy and discipline to pre-construction sales,” De Armas said. “Successful luxury development needs more than just fancy marketing — it requires strategic pricing architecture, phased release strategy, global positioning and brand protection from day one.” 

The division will operate under The REMAX Collection umbrella, which focuses on global luxury real estate and high-net-worth clients. The move comes as South Florida has seen a significant increase in record-setting transactions and new luxury developments. 

“Our objective is simple,” De Armas said. “Position strong, protect value and elevate every project to its rightful tier within the luxury landscape.”
