The Miami-based agent was previously affiliated with the Riley Smith Group at Compass.
The uncle-and-nephew partnership has a combined 35 years of experience and has closed over 1,500 transactions.
Under Piccinini’s leadership, JPAR grew to a 4,000-agent operation across 22 states with an annual sales volume of over $5 billion.
The agents are joining the brokerage’s Sewall’s Point office in Stuart.
The five-person team will work out of Coldwell Banker’s Boca Raton office.
