What was your first job in the realty industry?  Real estate agent.

Where did you grow up? Rome, Italy.

What is your favorite free-time activity? Training for triathlons.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Train, travel and spend time with my family.

Growing up, what did you want to be? A journalist.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or dead), who would it be and why? Gandhi; he was capable to change the lives of milions people, I would like to have his strenght and focus.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Miami Beach.

What do you love most about the industry? Meeting new people and discovering how I can help them to achieve their dream property.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Extreme customer service, responsiveness and knowledge.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?  None.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Everywhere.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Beside my family, starting Elite Ocean View Realty a year ago, a company that count at the moment 55 Agents.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I don’t go often to the movies, but one of the best movies I ever saw was Life is Beautiful by Roberto Benigni.

What is your favorite restaurant? Knife and Piola, in Hallandale.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? Regalia.

What kind of car do you drive? Nissan Murano.

What is your favorite city after Miami? Rome, Prague and Stockholm.

What is your advice for someone new to the industry? Rely on yourself; you can achieve anything you want with sharp focus and willpower.
