The 20-townhome luxury community Briskel Pointe officially broke ground in East Boca Raton on Sept. 1.

Approximately 40% of the homes have been sold. Alex Platt and Margot Platt of The Premier Group at Compass are leading sales and marketing for the project.

Briskel Pointe is being developed by Brenner Development Group and built by Collin Builders, with architecture by ARC4 and Juan Caycedo. Bonnie Miskel of Miskel Backman LLP is handling land planning.

“Reaching 40% sold as we break ground is a significant milestone,” Alex Platt said. “Buyers are responding to the combination of new construction, private outdoor living and an East Boca Raton location. Briskel Pointe provides many of the features buyers associate with a luxury single-family home, with the convenience of a thoughtfully designed boutique community.”

Each townhome will have a private heated pool, fenced backyard, covered patio, two-car garage and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Homes come in three floor plans — Aruba, Bimini and Cayman — and range from 1,845 to 3,193 square feet. Prices run from $1.25 million to $2.25 million, with completion expected in September 2027.

“This groundbreaking represents years of planning and collaboration, and we are excited to see the vision for Briskel Pointe becoming a reality,” said Mike Brenner of Brenner Development. “Our goal is to create an intimate community that combines distinctive architecture, quality construction and private outdoor living in one of Boca Raton’s most desirable locations.”
