The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami recently began closing pending sales of its 228 pied-à-terre-style condominiums after receiving its temporary certificate of occupancy.
Located at 3100 NE 1st Ave. between the Design District and Wynwood, the 12-story building is The Standard’s first standalone residential property worldwide. A second Standard-branded development, The Standard Residences, Brickell, is rising at 690 SW 1st Ave. in Miami’s Financial District.
Developed by Rosso Development, Hyatt and Midtown Development, The Standard Midtown has over 34,000 square feet of amenity spaces, including a landscaped rooftop with a 60-foot resort-style pool and Solana rooftop restaurant and bar by the Juvia Group. There is also a fitness center, yoga and stretch studios, infrared sauna, social and co-working lounges, karaoke, a pickleball court/disco room and food and beverage destinations including Mannarino, Sushi Garage, Rosetta Bakery Café and Privato Speakeasy.
“The Standard brand has always gravitated toward neighborhoods with creative energy, places where you can feel life happening on the street,” said Amar Lalvani, president and creative director of Hyatt’s Lifestyle Group. “Midtown has that. It’s walkable, it’s connected, and it sits right between some of Miami’s most interesting districts. At The Standard Residences, our owners get to fully inhabit The Standard brand, create everyday routines and join a community that will help shape the future of Midtown.”
