Representatives from developer PMG and Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale held a panel discussion, “Fort Lauderdale Rising: The New Residential Landscape,” at Earls Kitchen + Bar on May 8.
Moderated by Melissa Sweredoski with Levy Public Relations & Events, panelists included Ryan Shear, managing partner at PMG; Michael Udine, Broward County Commissioner for District 3; Jiro Yates, partner at FSMY Architects + Planners; and Nir Perets, director of sales at Sage Intracoastal Residences. The discussion covered residential real estate in Fort Lauderdale and how luxury condominium projects like Sage are affecting the market.
When it opens, Sage will bring 44 luxury condos to market in a 28-story tower on the Intracoastal Waterway.
