National developer PMG sold out One Twenty Brickell Residences, a luxury residential condo tower in the Brickell neighborhood.

The milestone comes after PMG secured $413 million in construction financing to complete the project by 2028.

One Twenty Brickell Residences features studio- to three-bedroom floor plans designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and Cotofana Designs. As part of their condo purchases, homebuyers receive a designated office suite on levels two through 12 of the37-story property.

The office section of the tower includes private office elevators, a coffee station and a staffed reception area. Other amenities include a fitness center with steam, sauna and treatment rooms, a movement studio and a yoga lawn.

“We are truly honored by the overwhelming response we received for One Twenty Brickell Residences,” said Ryan Shear, managing partner at PMG. “Since its launch, this innovative development and its deeded office component have transformed what living and working in Miami’s premier business district can encompass, and to see it sell out a year after its conception in today’s market is nothing short of tremendous for us. We look forward to watching One Twenty Brickell Residences rise to meet Brickell’s skyline and advance toward welcoming residents through its doors.”
