Tal Ziv has joined Douglas Elliman Realty’s sales team for Glass House Boca Raton as a sales executive.
She is the daughter of Noam Ziv, partner and CEO of 280 E Palmetto Park Road, which is developing the property, a nine-story luxury midrise that will bring 28 condominiums to downtown Boca Raton. It’s scheduled to open in fourth quarter 2027.
“We are proud to welcome Tal to the Glass House Boca Raton sales team,” Noam Ziv said. “Having grown up around the development industry, Tal brings a strong understanding of design, detail and the buyer experience. Her engineering and product development background also gives her a unique perspective that aligns well with the vision behind Glass House Boca Raton.”
Tal Ziv recently earned her real estate license after working in engineering and product development with GE Aerospace, Sierra Space and Spin Master. She earned a bachelor of science in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Purdue University.
“Glass House Boca Raton represents an opportunity to be part of a project helping shape the future of downtown Boca Raton,” said Tal Ziv, who lives in Boca Raton. “Having grown up around real estate development while building my own career in engineering and product development, joining the team felt like a natural fit. I’m excited to work with buyers and share the vision behind the project and what makes Boca Raton such a special place to call home.”
