Aria Development Group celebrated its 501 First Residences condominium tower receiving a certificate of occupancy with a rooftop party last month.
Guests enjoyed music from DJ Claudio, hors d’oeuvres and drinks on the building’s rooftop pool deck with views of Miami’s skyline.
The occupancy certificate represents the official completion of the 40-story development, which offers 476 residences and is located at 121 NE 5th St. in Brickell.
