The LYND Company hosted the grand opening of the sales center for its upcoming Dania Beach condominium tower, Aileron Residences, on Nov. 21.
Guests got a peek into what life in the 17-story building will entail while enjoying live music, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. LYND Company CEO David Lynd spoke at the event.
Situated at 90 North Bryan Road in Dania Beach, Aileron Residences will offer 380 studio to three-bedroom units and townhomes ranging from 409 to 2,847 square feet. Prices start at $500,000.
