Fogel’s career started in retail management, where he was scouted and recruited to join the mortgage business by a store client who recognized his professionalism, sales skills and attention to detail. Since then, he’s come to specialize in FHA 203K renovation products, FNMA Conventional HomeStyle renovation products, Freddie Mac CHOICERenovation products and VA renovation products. He’s also certified by the state of Florida to teach renovation financing continuing education courses for real estate agents.
