Specializing in West Broward County, Jeffrey Corriolan says he won’t sleep until a client’s in their new home. He’s created a top-producing team in South Florida and works to create a fun environment and overall positive experience for his clients.

“I enjoy working with buyers,” Corriolan says. “I love riding them around in my car. This gives us bonding time, and they truly learn how much of a clown I am. Getting them from contract to close is the easy part.”

Corriolan is a former president of NAREB South Florida, a Florida Realtors director and a Miami YPN Leadership board member. He’s been recognized as one of the top 100 influential Realtors and among the top 20 under 40 Miami Realtors by the MIAMI Young Professionals Network, and was also featured in Top Entrepreneur with Grant Cardone.

The secret to Corriolan’s success is the power of the “follow-up.” He shares that whether dealing with buyers, sellers or investors, “It’s not always the one with the most money, best skills or pretty looks. It is the one that follows up the most.”

Corriolan says his proudest accomplishment of the past year was seeing the agents in his team hit six figures. “I’m excited about the lifestyles of my people that I have changed,” he says. “I look to continue to make more six-figure earners, plus true growing entrepreneurs.”

Corrolian began investing in real estate at the age of 21. He plans to retire at the age of 40.
