As a member of the Mejia Team at Lifestyle International Realty and a partner at her brokerage, Tatiana Echeverri has learned in just three years in the real estate industry how to take charge of deals and assist clients in finding their forever homes. She serves the areas of The Roads, Brickell, Pinecrest, Dadeland, and The Falls. She fell in love with The Roads as her own neighborhood when she moved there a year ago.
Echeverri uses social media to stay in the know of the real estate industry and connect with clients, as well as educate her clients on the process of buying a home. “I firmly believe that buying a home is similar to buying anything else–you need to read about it, learn about it, and know the ins and outs before making the decision.”
Clients describe Echeverri as personable, amiable, charismatic, and hands-on. “I like to treat their home search as my own,” she says, noting that she likes to blur the lines between work and friendship. “They like that I’m opinionated, because in the end, they are hiring me for my local knowledge and expertise.”
“I have always been very good with people but never knew how to turn that into a career,” she reflects. “Real estate gave me this opportunity and I have never regretted it. I want to continue to grow and never stop learning. Ideally, this is what will help me enjoy the life I’ve always imagined, so it’s time to work at it and not stop until I’ve reached my goal.”
