It looks like Naples, Fla. will soon be enjoying the resources and talent of a award-winning national homebuilder, as Ashton Woods Homes announced earlier today it had purchased lots and plans to build a number of single-family homes in the South Florida city, particularly in the area’s Fiddler’s Creek and Naples Reserve communities.

“We are very excited about our expansion into the Naples market, John Reny, Florida division president for Ashton Woods Homes, told the Naples Daily News. “In Each market we serve, Ashton Woods builds homes specifically tailored to local market preferences, providing an unrivaled level of personalization. Furthermore, we believe that we have identified two of the best local communities in which to introduce our newly designed homes.”

In each community, Ashton Woods Homes will offer a number of unique floorplans. In Fiddler’s Creek’s March Cove, the builder has announced 15 separate plans ranging from 2,550 to over 4,800 square feet of living space. Plans are similar in Naples Reserve. However, square footage is slightly smaller, ranging from 1,671 to 3,400 square feet.

Prices of the two communities will vary from the $400,000s in Naples Reserve to the $800,000s in Fiddler’s Creek. Each home will offer its own advantages, including access to walking and bike trails, stunning views, a resort pool, tennis courts and more.

Construction is currently under way in Fiddler’s Creek, and building in Naples Reserve should start within the next 30 days.
