Preleasing at the 342-unit Lakeview at Nomi multifamily community in North Miami is underway, with move-ins expected to begin in November.
Located at 13855 NW 17th Ave., Integra Investments is developing Lakeview in partnership with the City of North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency.
The seven-story building sits on 7.6 acres and will have apartments ranging from 605 to 1,245 square feet in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Some units will have dens, and there will be four live-work residences ranging from 1,280 to 1,915 square feet. Thirty-four units will be set aside for those earning 60%, 70% and 80% of the area median income, while the remaining units will be offered to those earning up to 120% AMI.
Residences will feature open layouts, wood-style flooring, energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances and in-home washers and dryers.
Community amenities include a resort-style pool and pool deck with summer kitchen, fitness center and coworking space. There will also be a central courtyard with green space, a clubhouse with lounge and coffee bar, a playground and an enclosed dog park. A 528-foot linear public park will run along NW 17th Avenue. True to its name, Lakeview will offer views of two neighboring lakes.

Anillo Toledo Lopez Architecture designed Lakeview, while ID & Design International handled interior spaces, Valentina Interior Design oversaw art curation and EGS2 was the landscape architect. The development is designed to meet National Green Building Standard Silver standards.
