The Chad Bishop Group saw $80 million in sales over the past 12 months and joins from One Sotheby’s International Realty, where they ranked as Top Producer Medium Team every year from 2020 to 2025. Team members include Lauren Ring, Brian Goodman and Alan Bishop.

In 2022, Chad Bishop broke Fort Lauderdale’s record for price-per-square-foot with the sale of Gisele Bundchen’s Melaleuca Road residence.
