Douglas Elliman’s Kelly Gerber to lead sales at Glass House Boca Raton

by John Yellig

Douglas Elliman agent Kelly Gerber, a South Florida luxury homes specialist, was named sales director for Glass House Boca Raton, the first modern glass building to go up in downtown Boca Raton.

The 10-story tower, which is located at 280 E Palmetto Park Road, will have 28 condominiums priced from $2.5 to $6.9 million. Sales launched in February and are being handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Groundbreaking is slated for the first quarter of 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in fall 2026.

A Boca Raton resident, Gerber attended the University of Miami and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. In addition to real estate, she has her own luxury brand jewelry business.

“We are pleased to welcome Kelly as the sales director of Glass House Boca Raton,” said Adam Gottbetter, vice president of finance and development of the project’s backer, 280 E Palmetto Park Road LLC. “Kelly’s familiarity with Boca Raton, extensive experience in selling luxury real estate and passion for the Glass House vision make her the ideal candidate to lead our sales.”

Units will offer open-concept layouts with two- to four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,504 to 3,950 square feet. Each unit offers private or semi-private elevator access, nine-foot ceilings, a full-size laundry room, private terrace with glass railings and floor-to-ceiling windows. All residences have fully automated and integrated sun-shading/lighting control, while some have a den/office.

Roof-deck amenities include a pool, cabanas, in-pool sun deck, jacuzzi, fire pit and outdoor catering kitchen with grill. First-floor amenities include a fitness center with outdoor turf lanes, sauna and plunge pool, as well as a residents-only lounge, the Palmetto Lounge.

Underground, there are two levels of parking with two spaces per residence, including a limited number of climate-controlled, private two-car garages with storage, a residents-only car wash, golf cart parking and a charging station.

Glass House was designed by West Palm Beach firm Garcia Stromberg, interior design is by Wade Hallock of Miami-based Hallock Design Group, and landscape architecture is by AGTLAND of Delray Beach.
