Leah and Alex Sajovits of Douglas Elliman will lead sales at the luxury Glass House Boca Raton development.

The husband-and-wife team began their business in the New York market before expanding to South Florida in 2020. A press release from Glass House Boca Raton cited the couple’s “New York-trained expertise and record-setting track record” as key in their new roles.

The Glass House development will feature 28 two- to four-bedroom residences across nine stories with rooftop amenities occupying the 10th floor. Prices will range from $2.4 million to over $8 million.

Construction is expected to wrap up in summer 2027.
