Residential sales have begun at Glass House Boca Raton, which is being billed as the first modern glass building in downtown Boca Raton.

Located at 280 East Palmetto Park Road, the 10-story tower will offer 28 luxury residences with ocean, Intracoastal and golf course views. Prices range from $2.5 million to $6.9 million. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales and marketing provider.

Groundbreaking is slated for the first quarter of 2025 with construction expected to be completed in fall 2026.

Units will offer open-concept layouts with two- to four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,550 to 3,990 square feet, and buyers have the option to combine units for half- and full-floor residences. Each unit offers private or semi-private elevator access, 9.5-foot ceilings, a full-size laundry room, private terrace with glass railings and floor-to-ceiling windows. All residences have fully automated and integrated sun-shading/lighting control and air purification, while some have a den/office.

Roof-deck amenities include a pool, cabanas, in-pool sun deck, jacuzzi, fire pit and outdoor catering kitchen with grill. First-floor amenities include a fitness center with outdoor turf lanes, sauna and plunge pool, as well as a residents-only lounge, the Palmetto Bar.

Underground, there are two levels of air-conditioned and dehumidified parking with two spaces per residence, including a limited number of private two-car garages, a residents-only car wash, golf cart parking and a charging station.

Finally, the property is offering a limited number of preferred membership opportunities to residents with The Boca Raton resort and club, which will have a shuttle stop at the building lobby for resident members.

Architecture is by West Palm Beach firm Garcia Stromberg, interior design is by Wade Hallock of Miami-based Hallock Design Group, and landscape architecture is by AGTLAND of Delray Beach.

“Glass House Boca Raton is a pioneer among the vibrant transformation happening in downtown Boca Raton,” said Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage, Douglas Elliman Florida Region and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida. “Glass House provides residents with the best of both worlds — accessibility to top-tier dining and retail and proximity to the best beaches and golf courses.”
