South Florida real estate veteran Jessica Julian has joined Compass’ Palm Beach office after six years at Douglas Elliman.  

In 2025, Julian closed almost $50 million in sales, including a waterfront condominium at 3901 South Flagler Drive. So far this year, her sales volume is nearly $100 million. 

“Jessica’s impressive recent growth reflects the strategic way she approaches her business and the exceptional experience she delivers to her clients,” said Jeff Dono, Senior Sales Manager at Compass Palm Beach. “We’re excited to partner with Jessica and pair that momentum with Compass’ proprietary technology, marketing platform and agent network.”  

Originally from Nebraska, Julian went to college in Seattle and traveled throughout the United States before settling in South Florida. Having experienced the relocation process herself, Julian is keen to assist clients moving to the area. Outside of real estate, she volunteers for Meals on Wheels and Take Stock in Children.
