Engel & Völkers real estate agent Paige Michaelis has joined Douglas Elliman’s St. Petersburg office as the brokerage seeks to expand its presence on Florida’s West Coast. 

In her new position, Michaelis will work to grow her presence in St. Petersburg’s downtown condominium market. She has been in residential real estate for over 10 years and has a strong background in corporate America, commercial real estate and investment properties, Douglas Elliman said in an announcement. 

“Elliman has an incredible reputation for luxury properties and for new construction,” Michaelis said. “What they are doing on the East Coast of Florida is absolutely impressive. I am excited about the prospect of growth for the brand on the West Coast of Florida as well, and I know that this will be a great partnership to help me grow my brand right alongside theirs.”  

Outside of real estate, Michaelis is a mother of two young adults. She also volunteers as a guardian ad litem for foster children and serves on the board of the Crescent Lake Neighborhood Association.
