Douglas Enclave sells for record-breaking $68M price tag

Manny Chamizo III of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty sold the Douglas Enclave multifamily community in Little Havana for $68 million. The sale broke the record for the highest price per square foot in Little Havana at $341,708 per apartment, a record previously held by 850 Living, at $315,217 per unit.

Chamizo represented the property’s seller, The Astor Companies. The buyer, Tandel Group 6 Properties, was represented by Victor Grumbaum at Keller Williams and Frank Tomini at Sunny Florida Realty.

Tandel Group 6 plans to maintain all current operations at Douglas Enclave, according to a press release.
