ONE Sotheby’s International Realty appointed Jennifer Leong manager of development sales for Broward County. In the role, Leong will oversee aspects of the firm’s $6 billion in active inventory.
Under Leong’s leadership of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Real Estate and Construction Council, membership tripled. She also advocated for Florida’s Live Local Act, serving as a delegate in Washington, D.C., to promote pro-housing initiatives.
“As manager of development sales[ Broward], Jennifer will focus on expanding the division’s footprint across the county, guiding pricing and absorption strategies and leading event-driven campaigns that drive momentum while maintaining price discipline,” a ONE Sotheby’s representative said in a press release. “Her leadership underscores ONE Sotheby’s continued commitment to positioning Broward County as a cornerstone of South Florida’s global luxury market and mentoring the next generation of high-performing development sales professionals.”
