Tavistock Development Company wrapped construction on Pier Sixty-Six Residences’ final condo building, Indigo. The 11-story tower features 28 condos with three to five bedrooms and views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
The milestone follows the recent sale of the building’s penthouse for $14.5 million — the highest-priced transaction for a new development condo in Broward County.
Indigo shares a site with the luxury Pier Sixty-Six Resort, as well as several other luxury residential buildings. Indigo residences feature private terraces with heated plunge pools. The number of homes on each floor does not exceed four.
“The energy is palpable as Pier Sixty-Six Residences celebrates significant milestones, from completion to welcoming our first residents home and setting new sales records in the market with the official closing of Indigo’s first penthouse at $14.5 million,” said Tavistock’s Amy Ballon in a press release.
