Growing up, what did you want to be?

Growing up I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to be but I knew I wanted to be my own boss.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

Take a shower. A shower really calms me down. Or go for a walk outside.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Nick Vujicic. I watched one of his short films, and it was very inspiring. Then later on I found out that he became a motivational speaker.

Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?

Morikami Museum and Japanese Garden in Delray Beach.

What do you love most about the industry?

Being a matchmaker by helping people find their dream home.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Explaining to clients that not everything on Zillow is accurate.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Attend networking events.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

I’m currently watching New Amsterdam, reading How to Win Friends and Influence People and listening to Justin Quiles music.

What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?

Omakai Sushi in Wynwood. They have the freshest fish.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?

Grove at Grand Bay in Coconut Grove.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

Walking up to a house that has a bat hanging as a decoration in front of the house.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

I can cook Hispanic food and dance bachata.

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?

There’s no favorite spot. I like to explore new places.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?

Be social and talk to everyone. You will never know who you are speaking to.
