A lawyer.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be?
Indira Gandhi. I found this spiritual leader to be a fascinating human being with lots of teachings for the world.
Where is your favorite place to hang out?
The beach.
What do you love most about the industry?
I love to connect with other professionals in this business to interchange experiences and learn from them.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I always say the truth. I’m cordial with my fellow agents and I am 100 percent devoted to do my job as a seller’s or buyer’s agent until the end. I have been able to be in the business for more than 23 years following this behavior.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
When I have to do everybody’s job. It’s frustrating sometimes.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
Meetings, trainings and Realtor activities.
What has been your greatest accomplishment?
To help a young couple buy a home when they didn’t have creditor money to do it. I taught them to fix the credit to save for the downpayment, and I found them a beautiful starting home for less money than what they were approved for.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
“Lincoln.”
What is your favorite restaurant?

What is your favorite building in Miami?
The Biltmore.
What kind of car do you drive?
BMW.

What is your favorite city after Miami?
New York City.
What is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Take as many courses and trainings as possible, call at least 10 people a day to make appointments, and start getting confidence and expertise with selling and listing pitch presentations.
