Furthermore, her ability to balance her professional commitments with her personal life is something I aspire to emulate in my own career.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
We are blessed with so many spots!
What do you love most about the industry?
There’s an indescribable feeling of fulfillment in guiding individuals and families through one of the most significant decisions of their lives: buying a home. The real estate market is dynamic, always keeping me on my toes. Every day brings a new challenge, a new opportunity. It’s like solving a complex puzzle that requires knowledge, instinct and perseverance. Each property is a piece of art with its own character and charm. Whether it’s a sleek modern condo or a quaint Victorian house, I love discovering and showcasing the unique beauty of each home. Real estate allows me to be my own boss. I have the freedom to set my own goals, create my own schedule, and chart my own path.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
As a Realtor, managing the emotional highs and lows of clients can be challenging. It’s heartbreaking to see a client fall in love with a property only to lose it in a bidding war, or to see a sale fall through due to unforeseen circumstances. The market can be unpredictable, and despite all the research and analysis, there are no guarantees. Striking a balance between personal life and professional commitments can be tough.

Two words: network and follow-ups.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
Hardcore music, meditating.
What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?
So many! But I love oysters.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
One Thousand Museum Residences: This building is a marvel that perfectly exemplifies Miami architecture. It was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and ODP Architects.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
A fraud listing. I found the REAL owner in Texas!
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I’m very hands on. I know how to build things, and I own more tools that many guys I know! My favorite phrase is “I have a tool for that!”
What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
Saba Rock in BVI. I’m a diver, and I’d rather be underwater. 🙂
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Know your market, build relationships, prioritize client needs, stay persistent.
Who are your favorite people to follow on social media?
Donald Trump and environmental scientists
