President of The Bristol Lending Team at Guaranteed Rate, Bristol can lend in all 50 states and works with homebuyers and investors to secure conventional, FHA, VA and jumbo financing. “If someone has the will to own,” declares Bristol, “we’ll find a loan program to get them into a home.”
A member of Guaranteed Rate’s President’s Club since 2013, Bristol also ranked among the top 1% of mortgage loan originators from 2013 to 2021. Citing his personal involvement and “gift of gab” as fundamental to his success, he promises complete loyalty and availability to his clients. He guarantees them ample opportunity to ask questions and raise concerns. “I’m trying to break the stereotype that getting a mortgage is a grueling and agonizing process,” he says. “If we take some focused and in-depth time upfront, we can create a very streamlined and transparent path to the closing table.”
Bristol is a member of Business Network International and a supporter of the Guaranteed Rate Foundation. He is inspired by his wife and three boys. “They’re the reason that I work so hard at what I do,” he shares. “When I work hard, we (all get to) PLAY hard!”
