Experts at finding the perfect match for first-time to luxury buyers, sellers and investors, Ulloa and Guevara make sure clients understand the value of purchasing a home in Miami and the surrounding areas from both long-term investment and lifestyle standpoints. “My clients love the hands-on approach I take when it comes to solving problems or providing them with valuable information,” says Ulloa, broker-owner of LUXE Properties. “I am able to cut through all the noise and give them the facts that they need.”
Ulloa has worked in real estate for 14 years. She earned her license on her 21st birthday, and soon after, when the Great Recession hit, she had to learn how to navigate the real estate market under a lot of pressure. “It gave me an understanding of what goes up must come down and taught me how to overcome any challenges,” shares Ulloa. “I always say, ‘If I can make it in that market, I can make it in any market.’”
Born and raised in Miami, Guevara enjoys real estate because it combines her passions for history and architecture. She loves learning the origins of different architectural styles and using that information to describe the unique qualities that add to a home’s charm. “My strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills,” she adds, “have been integral to my success.”
Fluent in English and Spanish, both Ulloa and Guevara are members of the Miami Board of Realtors, as well as the Miami Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network (YPN). Both hold the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and in 2020, each made Miami YPN’s prestigious 20 Under 40 list.
